Once we agree on scope and pricing, I'll send over an invoice for 50% upfront. After payment, I'll set up a dedicated Slack or Telegram channel for our project. This keeps all communication in one place and ensures we maintain momentum throughout the engagement.

I'll spend the first few days diving deep into your project—understanding your goals, researching your users, and exploring the design direction. You can expect tangible work within 1–2 business days, with daily updates keeping you in the loop on progress.

This is where the real work happens. I favor async communication to stay focused and productive, but I'm always available for video calls when we need to discuss specific design decisions. Each proposal is tailored to your unique needs—no cookie-cutter solutions.

Upon completion and your approval, I'll send the final invoice for the remaining 50%. Retainer arrangements are available with a minimum two-month commitment for ongoing work.
